    Thanks very much, guys! I'll re-post once we have a physical copy and it can be purchased....I'm crossing fingers it comes out by Oct. 3 (for the NANC Conference, which is where I'll be), but may be a bit later. I'm very glad the last 2+ years of work has finally come together nicely.
